Understanding Fixed Resistors and Ohm's Law. Resistors are denoted by R, if interpreted literally means resistance / resistivity / resistance. Resistor is included into the passive components. Its main function is to resist electric current. Unit value of resistance / resistance of the resistor is expressed in (ohm) are symbol like this Ω. The resistance value is usually expressed by a color code rings although there also are using the code in the form of letters such as those used in the encoding of BS 1852.
Ohm's law states that the large currents flowing in the conductor at constant temperature is proportional to the potential difference between the two ends of the conductor ends.
yiatu:
V = I x R> I = V / R> R = V / I
where:
V = potential difference unit volt (V)
I = Electrical current unit Ampere (A)
R = The obstacles units Ohm (Ω)
That glimpse of Understanding Fixed Resistors and Ohm's Law.
Hopefully Helpful.
